     Bruce founded Tindal & Callahan Real Estate with Judy Callahan in 1985. He has been a Realtor for over 30 years, beginning his career at the  Miriam E. Schmidtmann Real Estate and then at the Ethelyn P. Giles Agency, here in Boothbay Harbor. He brings to the industry a keen knowledge of local history and interest in real estate issues in Lincoln County, particularly the Boothbay Region. Through his many years of experience he has come to especially enjoy working with sellers in listing their property and helping buyers find property suited to their particular needs. An avid boater, he has often given tours of the area "by water" to clients.

     Bruce grew up in Massachusetts and was a summer resident in the Boothbay Region. He has served as President and Treasurer of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors, is a Lifetime member of the Maine Association of Realtors, and a founding member of the Coastal Connection. He is Past President and currently member of the Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club. He has served on the boards of the Boothbay Region Land Trust, Boothbay Harbor Region Chamber of Commerce, St. Andrews' Village,  St. Andrews' Hospital and The First National Bank of Damariscotta.

     Bruce and his wife, Nancy, made the Boothbay Region their permanent home in 1972 raising their two children here. Family ties to the area go back several generations. They enjoy boating, activities at the Boothbay Region YMCA, and walking the trails of the Boothbay Region Land Trust and Coastal  Maine Botanical Gardens.

     Karen is an experienced real estate broker with 23 years of serving residential clients at Tindal & Callahan Real Estate. She holds the national designations o G.R.I. and C.R.S.      Karen grew up in Massachusetts but summered on Capitol Island in the Boothbay Region her entire life and moved up year-round in 1976. She and her husband, Dick, who owns and operates a local construction company, enjoy boating, traveling and attending cultural events.

     Mary is the consummate real estate professional. With 21 years experience she has been with Tindal & Callahan since 1987. With her sunny personality and attention to detail in all aspects of representing her clients, Mary represents the true meaning of honesty and integrity.
     Mary hold the national designations of G.R.I. and C.R.S.  She has been named Realtor of the Year (twice) by the Lincoln County Board of Realtors for which she also served as President two years running. Her knowledge of the Boothbay Region by both land and water is extensive.
     Mary has summered in the Boothbay area her whole life. She and her husband, Peter, have lived in East Boothbay for 29 years and have a son and daughter. They enjoy skiing and boating.

     Jana grew up in Massachusetts, attended college at UVM, and has lived and worked in the Boothbay Region since 1989. She and her husband, J.H. Russell, live in Boothbay Harbor with their two sons. They are avid skiers and boaters.

     Lori has been at Tindal & Callahan Real Estate since 2000. Her background as a computer programmer was the perfect experience to allow her to become the website engineer at Tindal & Callahan. She expertly oversees the frequent updates that keep our site so easy to use and so popular.
     Lori grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Gannon University with a BS in Computer Science. She met her husband, Bill, while they were both employed at General Electric Company. Deciding to make the Boothbay Region their permanent home, they moved to the area with their daughter in 1999 and have been local business owners here.
     When she is not busy keeping things organized on the web, Lori also enjoys horseback riding with her daughter, gardening, and tennis.

     Joining Tindal & Callahan Real Estate in 2001, Berry works as Bruce Tindal's licensed assistant. She enjoys all aspects of assisting buyers and sellers from showing properties to assisting in the listing process. She takes special pride in following through with the many detailed aspects of all transactions. Berry just received her G.R.I. in spring of 2008.
     Berry grew up in northwestern Connecticut, graduating from the University of Connecticut in 1981. Following a move to Maine she taught elementary school and adult education art classes in the region for several years before being employed in private business. She feels her teaching and business management experience greatly benefit her relationships with clients.
     She and her husband, Todd Williams, live in East Boothbay where they raised their two children. They enjoy working on their 1850 Cape Cod home, gardening, and walking the trails of the Boothbay Region Land Trust.

     Craig grew up on the Bristol peninsula and has lived and worked in Lincoln County most of his life. He and his wife, Debbie, live on Southport where they are active members of the community. They enjoy time with their children and grandchildren.

     Mark has been practicing real estate for the past six years at the Tindal & Callahan office since retiring, after 39 years, in the field of education.
     Mark grew up in Northern Maine and has spent his career in education in various locations around our beautiful state. Back in 1993 he and his wife Louise, moved to Boothbay Harbor to take the position of Superintendent of Schools. After retirement in 2002, he joined our real estate team.

     Jerie is the newest member of the Tindal & Callahan Real Estate team, coming onboard in 2007 as our new receptionist and administrative assistant. Jerie handles the many day-to-day operations of this busy real estate office, from greeting clients and visitors with her warm smile to answering the phone with her friendly voice. She accomplishes a multitude of tasks throughout the day, but always has time to cheerfully assist customers and staff alike.
     Jerie grew up in Maine and has lived most of her adult life in Boothbay Harbor raising her two children here. For 25 years she owned and operated her own upholstery business and had many loyal customers.
     In her spare time, Jerie enjoys attending musical events and spending time with family and friends.
