Before joining Tindal & Callahan Real Estate in 2012, Jonathan worked as Project Manager for a nationwide corporate events company. While there, he enjoyed lasting and productive relationships with clients across a multitude of industries. Jonathan is dedicated to client satisfaction, and extends customer service, diligence, and professionalism to the real estate realm.
A lifelong resident of the Boothbay Peninsula, Jonathan’s travel to all 48 contiguous states has heightened his appreciation for the Boothbay Region. Jonathan is proud of its beautiful landscape, tight-knit community, and recreational offerings. In an effort to “give back”, Jonathan volunteers in his community; Jonathan serves on the Board of the YMCA and Land Trust, as well as volunteering with the Rotary Club and Boothbay Fire Department. During his free time, Jonathan enjoys boating, tennis, the great outdoors, family, and friends. Jonathan, his wife, Jessica, and their daughter, Olivia, recently moved from East Boothbay to a property in Boothbay near Ovens Mouth; it is a place they are thrilled to call “home”.
Karen has been with Tindal & Callahan Real Estate since 1991. With a background in social work, Karen brings her experience working with people to the real estate industry. With her confidence and attention to detail, professional attitude and knowledge of the Boothbay Region, she brings her clients the utmost in reliable service. She holds the national designation of G.R.I.
Karen grew up in New York state but had been summering in the Boothbay area her entire life. She has called Boothbay Harbor “home” for over 40 years. She and her husband, Phil, live in a classic summer inn that they rehabbed while raising two children.

Bruce founded Tindal & Callahan Real Estate with Judy Callahan in 1985. He has been a Realtor since 1977, beginning his career at the Miriam E. Schmidtmann Real Estate and then at the Ethelyn P. Giles Agency, here in Boothbay Harbor. He brings to the industry a keen knowledge of local history and interest in real estate issues in Lincoln County, particularly the Boothbay Region. Through his many years of experience he has come to especially enjoy working with sellers in listing their property and helping buyers find property suited to their particular needs. An avid boater, he has often given tours of the area “by water” to clients.
Bruce grew up in Massachusetts and was a summer resident in the Boothbay Region. He has served as President and Treasurer of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors, is a Lifetime member of the Maine Association of Realtors, and a founding member of the Coastal Connection. He is Past President and currently member of the Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club. He has served on the boards of the Boothbay Region Land Trust, Boothbay Harbor Region Chamber of Commerce, St. Andrews’ Village, St. Andrews’ Hospital and The First NA.
Bruce and his wife, Nancy, made the Boothbay Region their permanent home in 1972 raising their two children here. Family ties to the area go back several generations. They enjoy boating, activities at the Boothbay Region YMCA, and walking the trails of the Boothbay Region Land Trust and Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.
Karen is an experienced real estate broker serving residential clients at Tindal & Callahan Real Estate since 1985. She holds the national designations of G.R.I. and C.R.S. Karen works hard to provide her clients with exceptional service and professionalism representing sellers and buyers in all price ranges. She strives for excellence in all areas of client representation seeing to every detail of a transaction from contract to closing.
Karen grew up in Massachusetts but summered on Capitol Island in the Boothbay Region her entire life and moved up year-round in 1976. Her knowledge of the Boothbay Region by both land and water is extensive. She and her husband, Dick, who owns and operates a local construction company, enjoy boating, traveling and attending cultural events.

Mary is the consummate real estate professional. She has been with Tindal & Callahan since 1987. With her sunny personality and attention to detail in all aspects of representing her clients, Mary represents the true meaning of honesty and integrity.
Mary holds the national designations of G.R.I. and C.R.S. She has been named Realtor of the Year (twice) by the Lincoln County Board of Realtors for which she also served as President two years running. Her knowledge of the Boothbay Region by both land and water is extensive.
Mary has summered in the Boothbay area her whole life. She and her husband, Peter, have lived in East Boothbay since 1980 and have a son and daughter. They enjoy skiing and boating.

Jana grew up in Massachusetts, attended college at UVM, and has lived and worked in the Boothbay Region since 1989. She and her husband, J.H. Russell, live in Boothbay Harbor with their two sons. They are avid skiers and boaters.

Emilie joined Tindal & Callahan Real Estate in Spring of 2016. She is committed to helping clients find a home that fits their wants and needs in the area she knows best. As a lifelong resident in the Boothbay Region, Emilie hopes to share her passion and knowledge of the area with those looking to buy or sell with her outgoing personality and excellent customer service.
Emilie has a background in both French and Anthropology- she attended the University of Maine where she earned a degree in both fields. Emilie now resides on Southport with her husband Nick and their dog Peat. They enjoy hiking, fishing and skiing on their free time.
Although only joining Tindal & Callahan in 2011, Kim has over 18 years of experience buying and selling real estate in the Boothbay region. She holds the G.R.I. (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and was voted Lincoln County’s Realtor of the Year in 2008. Kim enjoys volunteering in her community and is currently on the boards of the Boothbay Region YMCA and the Boothbay Harbor Opera House.
Kim grew up in New Harbor, attending Lincoln Academy and the University of Southern Maine. She and her husband, Glenn, a Merchant Marine Captain, have resided on Southport for 32 years where they raised their daughter, Holly.
Growing up in the small village of New Harbor, Kim learned the value of ultimate customer service while helping out in her family’s grocery store. She thrives on providing her clients and customers with the utmost in service and attention to detail.
